Types of Yoga We Offer

  1. Vinyasa Yoga Vinyasa is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement." In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together.
  2. Tribal Latin fusion Tribal-Latin Fusion Yoga is a meeting of two great disciplines, yoga and dance, which come from and are united at the source. That infinite creative source is the One, uniting us all. Yoga and dance are two of the oldest paths back into our inner spirit.
  3. Chi Yoga Chi Yoga is a form of healing yoga that embraces the best of tai chi and yoga, two beautiful disciplines, brought together by breath, energy, and movement. Here at Om Diva Yoga we have made a union between life energy and the mind body and spirit.  Similar to vinyasa but the movements enfold the body with chi "life force".
  1. Prenatal Yoga During pregnancy, you want to stay in shape and do what is best for your baby-to-be. Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to do both. Whether you are new to yoga or already an experienced practitioner, you can enjoy the benefits of yoga while pregnant. Yoga classes are a great way to prepare yourself for the birthing process as well as enjoy the company of other pregnant women.
  2. Children's Yoga Teaching Yoga to children is challenging, exciting and rewarding. I am continually encouraged by the positive results, that I have observed in children who take yoga regularly. Children’s spontaneity, innate joy and natural innocence and wisdom are always an inspiration.

I know that class isn't over yet until next week and that this is my third time taking your class, but I just wanted to thank you for this amazing experience. I am still learning so much from you.
